Louis (Owner of Auto Parts Locators) is amazing. I have been to a few shops and I can say here that he have your back. Labor pricing is totally fair if not cheaper than anyone I know in Ottawa. Louis would work for you to get the job done correctly. Keep up the great work!

I got into a fender bender and instead of purchasing Hyundai-branded replacement parts from the dealership I decided to get aftermarket parts from Auto Parts Locators. There was a bit of confusion with which parts I needed -- I used the parts numbers from a different website/numbering system -- but it was solved quickly and to my satisfaction.
This business is a "gem" in disguise, as I was visiting from out of town when I needed a fast repair. Within two hours they arranged a tow truck and had my car fixed ready to travel home for half the price and time quoted elsewhere. Thanks so much for your help.
